We'll email the tenant a link to pick 2 or 3 times they'll be home. Then the repairer taps one and everyone is confirmed automatically.

Not confirmed yet? Untick the box: we'll email the tenant to confirm (if there's an email), or remind you to call.
When you send the calendar to the tenant, the repairer is told right away: the repair needed, building, apartment or common area, and management's contact. They get a second notice once the tenant picks a date and time.
The vendor gets an email with the job, the confirmed time and a link to upload the signed work order and photos when they're done.
